KELIFIT
Terms of use and sale
Last updated: October 30, 2026
This is a courtesy translation. The French version is the legally binding one.
These terms combine the terms of use, which govern the use of the app, and the terms of sale, which govern the paid full plan. By creating a KELIFIT account, you accept the terms of use; by subscribing to the full plan, you also accept the terms of sale. For purchases made through the App Store, Apple’s standard license agreement also applies.
The service
KELIFIT is a training and nutrition tracking app published by Yacine Khelifi. It calculates goals, records your workouts and meals, and offers the Koach, an AI coach that answers based on your data. The values it produces are estimates for information purposes: they do not replace a health professional, and you remain the sole judge of your practice.
Your account
An account is personal. You are responsible for access to your email address, which is used to sign in. You can delete your account at any time from the app; deletion is permanent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to circumvent the app’s technical limits, not to attempt to access other users’ data, and not to use the Koach to obtain content unrelated to your training or nutrition. Abusive use may lead to account suspension.
Your data
Your workouts, meals, photos and weigh-ins belong to you. You can export them at any time. How they are processed is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We do what is needed to keep the service running, without guaranteeing permanent availability. We cannot be held liable for the consequences of a decision based on an estimate from the app, or for temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Terms of sale
Free tier and full plan
The app can be used for free with volume limits: two saved workouts per week, three workout templates, three imported recipes, thirty days of viewable history and eight foods per day in the log. The full plan removes these limits and gives access to the Koach and photo analysis. Its content is described in the app, on the Subscription screen, before any payment.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the app, including taxes, in your currency. They are set by the App Store according to your country. Payment is handled exclusively by Apple when you confirm the purchase, using the payment method linked to your Apple ID. We never have access to your banking details.
Duration, renewal and cancellation
The subscription is taken out for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically for the same period, at the current price, unless cancelled at least twenty-four hours before it ends. You can cancel at any time from Settings, [your name], Subscriptions, on your iPhone; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and access remains open until then. A free trial not cancelled before it ends converts into a paid subscription.
Right of withdrawal
The full plan is digital content provided immediately after purchase. By confirming the purchase, you expressly request this immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Refund requests are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com, under its own terms.
Discount codes
A discount code opens the full plan for the period it states, without payment. It can be used once per account, is non-transferable and has no cash value. When it expires, the account returns to the free tier without any charge; your data stays intact.
Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). In case of a defect, write to us at kelifitapp@gmail.com.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force; a substantial change is announced in the app before it applies.
Applicable law
French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, French courts have jurisdiction. You may refer the matter to a consumer mediator ([mediator to be appointed]).
